Cory Lee Bartholomew is the founder and sole operator of Benelli LLC. He holds a Washington State general contractor license and personally oversees every project the company takes on — from the initial walkthrough to the final inspection.

His approach is simple: show up when you say you will, do the work right, charge what you quoted, and treat every client's property like it's your own. No crew you've never met. No subcontractor roulette. Just Cory, his tools, and the standard he holds himself to.

What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve Lake Stevens, Everett, Marysville, Monroe, and the broader Snohomish County area. We also take select projects in King County depending on scope. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, just reach out.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Benelli LLC holds a valid Washington State general contractor license and carries the required insurance for residential and light commercial work. We can provide documentation on request before any project begins.
Do you handle permits?
Yes — where permits are required, we handle the application and pull them before work begins. We don't cut corners on permits. It protects you as the homeowner and ensures the work holds up to inspection.
How do I get an estimate?
Email or call us with a description of your project. For most jobs, we'll schedule a brief site visit to assess the scope before providing a written estimate. Estimates are free with no obligation attached.
Do you work on both residential and commercial projects?
We specialize in residential and light commercial work — single-family homes, multi-family units, small office and retail spaces, and similar properties. For large-scale commercial builds we'll be upfront if the project is outside our scope.
Can you manage a full remodel from start to finish?
Yes. Because we cover construction, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC under one license, we can manage an entire remodel without you needing to hire and coordinate separate contractors. One point of contact, one contract, one accountable party.
